Post-Production Scope
Led the post-production setup and launch phase, building the core team, establishing workflows, and developing the program’s visual identity — including the main intro, graphics, and virtual environments. Managed media pipelines and supervised editing and motion teams to deliver the first completed episode, while defining the program’s base format and preparing initial rough-cut versions for subsequent episodes.
